Shipping & Delivery

  • All products are produced and shipped directly from our partner facilities.
  • Our main production partners are located in Europe, but some products may be shipped from the United States.
  • Depending on the product, the shipping origin and delivery time will vary.
  • The specific shipping location and estimated delivery time for each item will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
  • If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately in different packages.
  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the product and shipping location.

Customs & Import Taxes

  • For products shipped from Europe, customs duties are generally less likely within the EU.
  • For products shipped from the United States, customs duties or import taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns

  • Because each product is made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong size/color.
  • Please check product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
  • We will review your case and, if eligible, provide a replacement at no extra cost.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not possible.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
