Refund policy
Returns
- Because each product is made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong size/color.
- Please check product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
- We will review your case and, if eligible, provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not possible.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
